PEL Interiors were retained by the Bank of England to completely refurbish the seventh floor of their historic building to create training facilities for central banks from around the world.

The building’s unique structure and existing services arrangements required detailed co-ordination and programming to ensure timely completion without impacting on the business of the Bank and its staff.
