• Fit out of executive boxes within the new grandstand
• Value engineered to reduce tendered cost by 20 percent
• Delivery program reduced by 20 percent to accommodate delays to base build program
• Demonstration of project collaboration between base build contractor and fit-out contractors to
   achieve reduced program
• All associated M&E installation to private boxes and interfaces with common areas as regards
   fire and BMS systems
• Joinery design: manufacture and installation
• Full catering facilities to private boxes
• Internal finish to boxes, reflecting the high standards of Ascot Racecourse
