The Building Services division of PEL Interiors offers full mechanical and electrical services design and installation, ensuring seamless project delivery for all interior needs. By carrying out services installations “in house” we can ensure full integration of all trades into a detailed programme sequence, often enabling us to identify and realise reductions in timescales.

PEL Building Services have also been involved in major roll out programmes including the BP upgrade and installation of Simply Food outlets and have enjoyed a long association with the Birmingham College of Food, supplying the majority of the mechanical and electrical services for their expansion programme.
